Kelly A. Sansone-Galley was born in Bridgeport Connecticut on November 25, 1971.  Kelly is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993.  Kelly went on to receive her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Quinnipac College school of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar that same year.  She has also been admitted to the US District Court.

L. Bradley Smith was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on June 28, 1974 .  Brad is a native of Horry County, having graduated from Socastee High School in 1992. After High School he joined the Navy.  While in the Navy, Brad served all over the world as a Meteorologist.  After being Honorably Discharged from the Navy, Brad attended Tusculum College graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (History) Degree in 2001.  Brad went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Appalachian School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar that same year.
